After successfully getting this project through a rezone, we’ve been working with our civil engineer (WGI) and architects (Market Square Architects) on developing a mixed-use affordable apartment community. The project will be home to roughly 350 apartments, 50% of the units will be affordable at an average of 60% median family income. The neighbors of this area have voiced that there is a community need for more retail space so we’re holding retail space which will be along the frontage road. Residents will enjoy access to the communities pool, gym, and multiple courtyards. It’s located convenient to East Austins ample parks, green spaces and walking trails.
